Keeping his patients’ priorities and needs in mind, Dr. Rick is always looking out for the best options available for treatment. Dr. Rick is a dentist fluent in both English and Punjabi. He likes to practice general dentistry, with a special interest in pediatric dentistry and laser dentistry. Dr. Mehta is happily married to his wife Anu, and they have two boys, Pratosh and Dinesh.

 

Dr. Rick Mehta grew up in Kamloops and attended the University of Manitoba following his graduation in 1993 from Kamloops Senior Secondary. He graduated with his Bachelor's of Science in 1997 and from Dental School in 2001.

 

In 2001, Dr. Mehta came back to Kamloops to begin his career. He is a full-time member of the British Columbia Dental Association and the Canadian Dental Association. He is also an Associate Fellow with the World Laser Clinical Institute. He is a member of Dental Organization of Conscious Sedation.

To stay on top of the latest techniques and technology, Dr. Mehta attends numerous seminars and conferences each year. This is shown in the practice that we have developed.
